responding to your answer all bulbs checked good i found a short to ground on one high beam passenger side whomever installed headlight assembly accidentally tighten nuts and shorted wire but still no left flasher and only passenger side low beam works
you said i should check tipm under fuse block my question is whats it look like cuz next to it is the ecm\pcm computer and i hope its not that,that you were talking about and how do i go about testing tipm i don't have a wiring schematic or any references
to color codes for all lights also sorry about leaving you a small tip thats all i had on prepaid visas that i buy for internet purchases I'm getting a new one and will leave you a better tip thanks

Have you disconnected the battery since the short was repaired?

yes of course to repair shorted wire reconected after checking for other possible shorts so far non found going to check drivers side head light assembly for shorts but that assbly was not replaced the tipm is is next need location and whats it look like i have no idea as long as its not the ECU/PCM gm cars have a body module is it something like that ?

The TIPM is the module/fuse box under the hood. When checking for shorts are you checking visually or are you checking the affected circuits for continuity to ground?
