PT Curiser will not start, replaced plugs & wires and coil

Customer Question

PT Curiser will not start, replaced plugs & wires and coil pack along with the fuel pump still will not start. But while the intake was off tried to start the engine and it started and then put intake on with it running and it the exahust smoked like it
was flooded, then the engine smooth out. Shut it down then tried to start it and it would not start, could it be the TPS or what?

Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!
If there was fuel smoke from the exhaust and you were able to get it to run at a somewhat normal speed with the intake off then you most likely have an injector related issue. The engine shoudl have hit the rev limiter immediately when it was started with the intake off.
Have you checked for fault codes?
Have you checked for fuel pressure bleedoff with a gauge or removed the fuel rail to physically inspect the injectors for leakage?

THE ENGINE DID SPEED UP BUT WAS ABLE TO INSTALL THE INTAKE BEFORE IT REACHED A VERY HIGH SPEED. DID HAVE FAULT CODES AND THEY WHERE FOR MULTI CYCLINDER MISFIRE. AS FOR FUEL PRESSURE CHANGED THE FUEL PUMP CAUSE THERE WAS LITTLE PRESSURE. WILL CHECK TO SEE IF THERE IS INJECTOR LEAKAGE.

tHE SMOKE CAME AFTER THE INTAKE WAS IN PLACE

Under normal circumstances if you started the engine with the intake off it would have been bouncing off the rev limiter in less than a second.
If you had low pressure before then definitely see what pressure is now and check for injector leakage. The low pressure and hard start may be leaking injectors.

Could a cracked head or blown head gasket cause this problem. Found that the radiator is empty and the oil is milky, all the signs of water ingestion into the engine.

and it did start starting after the injectors were cleaned up a bit.

If it was actually coolant that was burning rather than the engine being flooded then yes, that could definitely be the issue. If there is coolant in the oil then you almost surely need a head.
