Have you had the codes retrieved from the PLGM(Power Liftgate Module)?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I don't know what that means
Expert:  Brad replied 1 year ago.
Well it would help greatly in having what codes are in the module that controls the liftgate. It could be a wiring, module, latch but we won't know unless we knew what the codes are.. Can you have them tread and post them here so I can better help you get it fixed?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
So what you're saying is that it's beyond my ability to fix on my own. If I'm having a mechanic get the codes, why wouldn't I just have him fix it for me. Thank you for trying to help.
Expert:  Brad replied 1 year ago.
Well with todays electronics many issues are fixed with a software update, and I would highly suggest having the codes checked and post them here so I can tell you exactly what's going on and how to fix it..

I will have to get back to you later in the week.

Sounds like a plan... Keep me posted so I can get you fixed up..
