2000 town & country limited with dvd system. right rear tail light and dash light fuse keeps blowing. tried putting in a toggle switch and the wires melted.

The fuse is blowing and wiring melted because of high current draw on the circuit. Being that the only loads in the circuit are light bulbs, the issue is a short to ground somewhere in the wiring.
What are the actual fuse numbers and locations that are blowing?
Where did the wiring melt and what colors were they?
