my town and country2014 van has a touch screen radio. I pushed a button and the visable screen disappeared. How can I fix it?

Was you trying to adjust the dim when the screen shut off?

yes I was trying to adjust the dim when the screen went off

Have you tried disconnecting the battery for 5 min to see if a reset helps? If you have not pressed the screen off button then I would first try having the radio updated at your local dealership and if that doesn't wrk you will need a new radio...
