Hello and welcome to just answer. Reset the radio by doing this: With the ignition switch off, disconnect the negative battery cable for 2 minutes. Then reconnect it. This should reboot the unit. If it still acts up, then there is an internal issue and the radio will need to be removed and replaced or repaired.
