2006 not a 2004 and it is none turbo

Same pt crusier with an oil leak 6 months later. My son is driving it now, yesterday he went to Walmart for an oil change and was told there is an oil leak. There is no leakage on the ground, so I am assuming it happens while running. We can see signs on the engine and the oil level was 3 quarts down. Where do I start?

Where does oil seem to be coming from? Top, bottom, middle, front, rear, ect? Thanks.
