Hi, where is the location of the TCC circuit

The term circuit is not actually referring to an electrical circuit, it is referring to a functioning circuit in your automatic transmission. There are a number of things that can cause this problem, but the first thing I would recommend is having your ATF filter changed and having the fluid replaced. If this doesn't fix the problem, you can try an ATF flush to clean out the circuits. If you still have this code after both of these services you have a bigger problem and it will need to be diagnosed by a transmission specialist.

I hope this helps, let me know if you have any more questions!
