Shawn : Hi my name is XXXXX XXX I will assist you as best I can.
Shawn : Do you have a scan tool that can read abs codes?
Customer :

no

Shawn : This is an abs fault. Have you visually inspected the front speed sensors and wires to them. Is it possible that anything was damaged when doing brakes. Beyond that you will need to get the code
Customer :

I did look at the front sensors and didn't not see anything visibly wrong.

Shawn : Being that it came on 2 days after you did brakes it is probably unrelated
Shawn : You will need to get the code. It is most likely a bad speed sensor.
Customer :

do you know if Auto Zone has the ability to read the abs fault?

Shawn : They may. I know they do check engine lights. I am not sure if they are capable of reading abs faults.
Shawn : Can't hurt to try them
Shawn : Once you get a fault code if you need any further help
Shawn : Let me know.
Customer :

do you know if a digital OBDII code reader will work to do this?

Shawn : Most simple code readers are not capable of reading abs codes
Customer :

Okay I'll give Auto Zone a call.

Customer :

Thanks for your help

Shawn : Of they can't may want to try a small shop and just ask them if they would pull the codes for you
