The "flashing lights" is an Error Message for the Mechanism Failure. This can be a Logic Circuit or Mecahnical failure & Repair, Replace or Exchange is typically neededRepair est apprx $ 325.00 - 395.00 depending on shop & parts
Many times you can find the same Model Number on-line, e-bay, etc for less than repairIf you need further, please ask & Please post Model Chrysler........
After reading your response I also read what others that have had the same problem had to say. I have a disc in each slot and although the changer makes the noise as if it is trying to eject the disc - the disc will not eject. The first three lights flash on the changer and then the last three lights flash and keep flashing until the car is turned off. The noise stops after the car has been on for a few minutes but the lights continue to flash until the car is turned off. It appears that a disc is stuck and causing the other disc not able to rotate to eject. Was hoping for another answer to help eject the disc other than a $325.00 price to have the dealership fix.

sorry..............my answer never mentioned taking to Dealer, as there are many shops that can Repair
Repair est apprx $ 325.00 - 395.00 depending on shop & parts
I repair these units myself & know the problems that indicate a failureThere is not much you can do, other than "hard reset", which is to remove Unit & completely unplug for apprx 5 minutesReconnectWait apprx 30 seconds for unit to initializeTurn Key On
Press Eject
This is only a 50 /50 chance
Mechanism failure is typical on this unit
sorry for the bad news, but I do not believe in false hopes.......thanks

You would need to remove the Unit from the dash & note the Model Number on the Unit, as there were 3 different Models, using 3 different Mechanisms for this year
