hi i'm bill
welcome to just answer
please remember I am NOT there in front of you! my answers are based on your information.

USUALLY this is caused by the wiring harness in the lower portion of the door track, it has a plastic chain covering on it and follows the door,so as time goes and the door is opened and closed hundreds perhaps thousands of times the wires break and the door stops at the point of the break, the fix is replacing the harness.

the diagnosis should cost about an hours labor (YES this must be diagnosed unless you want to guess and throw parts at it which gets very expensive very quick), the installation should be about 1.5 hours labor because there is a connector on the door pillar that must be accessed and the harness must be routed properly this all takes time, the harness was LAST TIME I LOOKED around 100.00 not to say it hasn't gone up and is a dealer only item.
