Hello. This could be caused by a partially seized wheel cylinder or caliper (depending if it has disc or drum brakes) and the friction material is rubbing on the drum or rotor. The rotor or drum may also have a slight rust ridge that would also make the noise louder.Inspect the brakes and make sure the components are working free.Remove any rust buildup on the drum or rotor surfaces.Your questions or comments on my response are welcome.Thank you,Bernie

One more question. Is this noise occuring after you release the brakes or during?Thank you,Bernie
