My spark plug holes have oil in them

My spark plug holes have oil in them. the oil is all over the plugs and inside the wires. is this normal and if not why is the oil there. and how can i stop this. 1996 sebring

this is not normal. the oil is coming from leaking spark plug tube gaskets that are underneath the valve covers. They come with the valve cover gasket set. You will need to remove the valve covers and replace them:
