2005 chrysler 300: battery went dead..the key wont open the car door

2005 chrysler 300 battery went dead in the car. The batttery was re-charged, but now the key won't open the car door, but when the key is put in the ignition, it will start the car, but the car will shut off. What could be the problem?

The problem is the keys need to be reprogrammed to the WCM. Sometimes key programming will be lost when the battery goes dead without having voltage for a period of time.
