2006 chrysler pacifica: cab filter..blowing

I drive a 2006 chrysler pacifica and the blower for the vents started making a loud noise and i changed the in cab filter it worked again it then now works for a while then quits blowing shut of wait a while will work again?

You may have some debris in the cage of the blower. Your best fix is to remove the blower motor and visually inspect it. Anything in it will cause a noise or vibration.

I read your question....the noise has to be coming from something, that is the first thing to take care of. The stopping and starting may be a blower module but anything in the blower cage can make noise and if it is heavy enough cause damage as well.
