The first thing to do would be to remove the radio to check the powers and grounds to the radio. if they are good then the radio is just bad.I can send you a pin out of what wires should have power on them.

how do i do #2 ?

and what is approx replacement cost for the radio and estimate of labor cost ?

Expert:  moparfl replied 4 years ago.
The trim panel is just snaped on it will just have to be pryed off. You can buy these radios on ebay for around 50dollars and the labor to install it is about one hour. Or you can send your radio in for repair through the Chrysler exchange center and they charge about 250 dollars to exchange it.
