The Pacifica uses a special chip key that has to be programmed so the security module will tell the engine computer it is ok to start. In your case with the aftermarket remote start you will need the bypass module and the spare key to get the system to operate correctly.

Hi David ,
The problem is that the car is not starting even with the original key now (the anti theft is on) i got this by-pass kit but i still neen help with the reset anty deft because the bypass kit is just telling the original alarlm that the key is there !

Unfortunately there is not a reset perse for the system. It has to see a legitimate signal in order to operate. You can try to unhook the battery or disable the remote start temporarily to see if you can get it to start. Most likely the remote start did something to the anti-theft feature. You may have to make a trip to a dealer to have that system looked at. By the way, when you added the by-pass kit you needed a programmed, cut key to put in it. How did you accomplish that if it doesn't start?
