PT Cruiser GT: no fuses blown, nor source of sneak circuit..amps

Resolved Question:

Have PT Cruiser GT, 2003, 74K, that drains battery about every two days when not used. Found no fuses blown, nor source of sneak circuit. However, measured a drain of 2.5 amps from battery + terminal to positive cable connection. Local Dodge technician maintains this is normal to maintain memory of control modules.Two new batteries have been installed, 1 a 1/2year ago, and last one about 9 months ago. Car operates okay otherwise.Very careful to see maintain seat heater swiutches in off position. Of courseall other switches are off.

easiest way to farrow your search for a battery drain is to connect your meter what 20 minutes and one at a time removee the fuses use a piece of paper to keep track of where they go do not reinstall them until after you found the circuit with the draw on it.
