my chrysler 2005 pacifica makes clicking sound when i steer the wheel to almost the mast in each direction and at low speed Inspected bushings Ok replace stabilizer bar links no difference where the sound come from and is it a safe to continue drive

could this be the CV joints?
A c/v joint would make a vibration when driving the car( like if you were driving say 50 mph and turn the steering wheel a little bit either way one way the would be more or less vibration
