2007 chry p t cruiser air bag light stays on, Seems if I wiggle seat belt it will go out for a very few seconds and then will come right back on;will not go out by wiggling seat belt every time.
I will try to assist with your concern. The air bag system does a check at every key on to check its components for issues. The light will come on or stay on if there is a problem. The light lets you the driver know that there is a problem so you can have it serviced. The system will be disabled until the repair is made. Your best course of action is to get to a repair facility to have the codes pulled and then get it fixed. The lamp will go out on its own when there is nothing wrong in the system.
