no horn function on 2006 chrysler sebring convert, no audio controls either, but no air bag light!
Good afternoon, the most likely cause will be a bad clockspring. This is what connects the wiring in the steering wheel to the wiring in the steering column. It can break and cause one or more problems depending on how bad it breaks. That would explain the radio and horn features not working but the air bag light not being on. I recommend replacing the clockspring.
