2006 chrysler pacifica: wont start

i have a 2006 chrysler pacifica the service immobilizer light is on and it wont start

This happens when the module or the key goes can try to lock the doors with the power door lock switch with the key removed and close the doors.wait about 2mins then use the remote to unlock the doors to see if this resets the system.

i tried that and it did not work is there any thing else that i can try

If you have more than one key you can try the other one.If it does not work you will have to have it towed to a dealer.There is no way to bypass or turn off this system.
