Open the hood
Remove the push pins that hold the insulation under the hood and pull the insulation down.
Remove the hose from the washer nozzle after the insulation is down, close the hood
From the top side you'll need to pry on the nozzle from underneath to pop it loose. Be very careful of the sheetmetal and the paint, the nozzle may be hard to remove. The sheet metal is thin and can flex, and the paint can crack. The book says to use a plastic body filler scraper, or a credit card. You may be able to help it out from underheath with the hood open.
The new one will just snap back in when you get the old one out.
