Hello and welcome to just answer, my name is ***** ***** master tech here to help. I cannot see or hear your vehicle so I rely on your input to my questions so I can help you better. I read your notes what you did so far and have some questions before we start. Did you check for voltaghe and ground at the actuator when engaging? there is a sensor on the transfere case to check for voltage as well.

If your getting power to the actuator on the front diff then check the wiring going to the modual for ground as the modal supplies the ground to complete that circuit.
