What is the pressure when the return is blocked off?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
return line completely blocked off while running 80+ lbs
Expert:  Super Mechanic replied 1 month ago.

I see, thanks. What is the condition?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
While accelerating the vehicle surges erratically, its fine under very light acceleration or at cruising speeds. No codes come up either
Expert:  Super Mechanic replied 1 month ago.

I see, thanks. There was a service bulletin for,

"Some owners may comment about a perceived engine surge while trailering. The surge appears to be an engine surge, yet when diagnostics are performed, such as checking for variation in the map sensor, there is no fluctuation in the reading."

Could that be what you are experiencing?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
No, when viewing the map sensor the reading is constantly fluctuating depending on throttle position.
Expert:  Super Mechanic replied 1 month ago.

Yes, It also says,

"All of the vehicle readings will show no indication of a surge and if there is a variation in the sensor reading, make sure that the vehicle is not getting TPS input from the driver."

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
I know I have the bulletin, and the vehicle is not getting tps input from the driver.

We are done here. I am not satisfied and I am not paying.

I see, thanks. However all the parts that you can change won't fix it if it is a calibration problem. Come again, anytime and Happy New Year!
