JA: What is the make/model/year of your car?
Customer: 99 chevy tahoe
JA: Are you fixing your Tahoe yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes trying to track purple wire from starter can't tell were it goes
JA: When you turn the key, do you get a single loud click, or a series of rapid ones?

Do you have power to the 'crank' fuse in the instrument panel fuse block when the key is turned to start?
