Customer Question

2012 Chevy Malibu 2.4 l.... Stalling, smell of raw fuel, many emissions related codes.
JA: Is the check engine light on? Does the car stall at idle or when driving?
Customer: Stalls at idle but had poor performance while driving
JA: Are you fixing your Malibu yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I'm suspicious of the PCM. I've had up to 13 different codes, all emissions related.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: I'm ready to connect

Did vehicle start running rough at same time check engine light came on or was check engine light already on before?

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
Started at the same time.

If you had no check engine light before this happened then I agree PCM is the problem. There is no way this many unrelated problems should happen at once. Let me know if you have more questions, thanks.
