Chevrolet Repair Questions? Ask a Mechanic for Answers ASAP
Hello, my name is ***** ***** I'm here to help get your problem solved.
Have you done any testing or has anything been replaced yet? Thanks.
Based on symptom alone it sounds like a problem with fuel pump. Check fuel pressure next time it doesn't start and compare to when it does start. If fuel pressure is lower during no start then replace the pump. Let me know if you have more questions or if there is anything else I can do to help. Thanks.
Yes, when fuel pumps first start to fail they usually work fine when cold then act up when warm. Let me know how it goes or if you have more questions, thanks.
Sounds good, keep me updated. Thanks.
