I have a 2007 Tahoe. The reverse lights have had an issue

Customer Question

I have a 2007 Tahoe. The reverse lights have had an issue staying on while in drive or after shutting the vehicle off for some time, but if I turn the ignition off and on a couple times and/or tap the brakes, they would eventually turn off. Not the case anymore. Now all the lights, headlights brake lights etc stay on while driving and I cannot get them to shut off even after the vehicle is off. I've tried everything I can think of. Please help🙏🏼 I don't have any money to spend on this right now and I NEED to get to work 😞
JA: Have you checked the fuses? Have you checked the bulbs?
Customer: A mechanic hooked up to the computer and said that the fuses were fine, but no one physically checked them. And haven't checked the bulbs?
JA: Are you fixing your Tahoe yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes, all I've tried is going to mechanic and contacting you lol
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: Just the initial info that I sent . Thank you
