Hi. Have you checked fuse 9 (20amp) in the instrument panel fuse block?

where in the fuse panel located in this blazer we replace a silver fuse in the fuse panel

OPen the drivers door and there is a cover for the fuse panel on the side of the dash. You need to check fuse 9 specifically.
