JA: Have you checked the fuses? Have you checked the bulbs?
Customer: yes
JA: What is the model/year of your Chevy?
Customer: 2003 trailblazer ltz
JA: Are you fixing your Trailblazer yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I just undid the dash while headlights were on and pull both wire plugs out and they stayed on
