Customer: I HAVE A SCAN TOOL
JA: I'll pass this info along to the Chevy Mechanic so that he can get you a quick fix. Are you fixing your TrailBlazer Ext yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: REPLACE NEUTRAL SAFETY SWITCH AND CHECK ALL TBS FUSES CHECK BOTH FUSES WHILE IN REVERSE ALL FUSES ARE GOOD

Definitely sounds like a wiring problem, did you check black wire for ground?

THERE NO BLACK WIRE

It should have 2 connectors going to transmission range switch and 2nd connector should have the black wire.
