At the Blower Motor test the PURPLE wire for Voltage with the Key ON
Check the BLACK wire for Ground - with the Heater Switch on HIGH
IF there is NO Voltage + on the PURPLE wire, test Voltage on "both sides of the "HTR A/C" Fuse located in the Inside Fuse Panel with Key ON
Test Voltage on "both sides" of the "A/C" Fuse located in the Under Hood Fuse Panel
Let me know what you find

Check all fuses got power no power purple wire on blower with everything on
Expert:  Don 'Mo Lurch' replied 1 month ago.

sorry for the delay............
IF there is NO Voltage + on the PURPLE wire, but there is Voltage + on "both sides" of the Fuses, then you will need to test the Blower Motor Relay
It is located apprx mid dash, behind dash on top of the Heater Box
See Attachments Below
Test the ORANGE wire at the Heater Control Head with Key ON
IF there is Voltage on the ORANGE wire, then it is likely the Blower Relay
You may be able to get to it by removing Glove Box or the Dash Panel & Radio
Chevrolet did not have very good instructions back then
