Customer: reverse back up lights
JA: What is the model of your '11 Chevy?
Customer: 1500 4X4 4. 4.8
JA: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: checked all fuses if we put power to #15 fuse
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: we can light the reverse lights up

have you checked the reverse light switch

if we put power to fuse 15 in the under hood fuse panel lights will turn on

and there is no voltage to the fuse 15 unless you provide the power to it

check the wire going to the fuse box to fuse 15 see if has power to it keep in mind it should only have power if the vehicle is in reverse

you need to trace the wire back and find where it is getting power at you have a short in the wire
