The temperature and compass will not work on the rear view mirror on my 2002 Suburban.
JA: How many miles are on the car? Have you checked the coolant level?
Customer: 222,000 miles. Havent checked the cool
JA: Are you fixing your Suburban yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes. Havent tried anything so fat
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: No

Ok, have you tried turning it on by pressing the power button? If so, can you see if the connector on the rear of the mirror (forward facing) side of the mirror is connected?
