Left turn signal doesn't light up. Dashboard blinks rapidly. I changed the bulb and still nothing.
JA: Have you checked the fuse?
Customer: No. Which is it? I looked at the manual and don't know which one it is.
JA: What is the model/year of your Chevy?
Customer: Venture 2001
JA: Are you fixing your Venture yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Just changing the bulb.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: The bulb work. It lights up when I turn the night lights on it just doesn't blink when I use the turn signan

Which bulb did you replace? The front or the rear?

This problem is caused by a bad bulb. These are dual filiment bulbs so even if night lights work, the second filiment bulb inside could be bad causing this problem.
