Are you setting a code?

How do you know it is stuck in collision mode?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
because when I tried to start it and it wouldn't start I called onstar which I still pay to have and they told me it is in collision mode but didn't go into detail but they just said I had to have a technician reset it so I was trying to figure out how to do so if its just a simple task such as disconnecting the negative on the battery and then reconnecting it. however I know that didn't solve the issue but I'm sure its something similar to that?

This maybe difficult to diagnose with out a scan tool.

Have you tried to start it with a different key?

Does the engine crank at all?
