Driver side low beam stopped working two days ago. Only when

Customer Question

Driver side low beam stopped working two days ago. Only when headlights are manually or automatically turned on. However, when unlock button of FOB is activated, both lights (low beam) turn on when ambient light is low.. So it appears the bulb's both filament are working.
JA: Have you checked the fuses? Have you checked the bulbs?
Customer: No, but obviously both filaments are laminating so power is going to the bulb.
JA: What is the model/year of your Chevy?
Customer: Luminating. 2011 HHR Panel.
JA: Are you fixing your HHR Panel yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes, I replaced the bulb a few months ago.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: Not at this time./

Welcome, I'm Chris (aka Moose) I prefer to work when others don't, I am here around lunch and after dinner till after midnight.

With the low beams on, the passenger side working and the drivers side not. Test the voltage flowing through the LT and RT lo beam fuses under the hood. Let me know those results?

Customer: replied 19 days ago.
Obviously, there is voltage to both low beams when activating the remote FOB to unlock the vehicle as both low beams are laminated. What voltage should I be reading when both bulbs are luminated and when they're not. I don't have access to vehicle now, but I will test tomorrow.

We want to see battery voltage at these fuses when the the low beams are commanded on.
