JA: Is this your first time dealing with this issue? What size is your engine?
Customer: van. Is it easier to leave engine in or pull completely?
JA: What year is your Express?
Customer: 2002 3500
JA: Are you fixing your Express yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes, I know it's head gaskets. Milky oil

good afternoon my name is ***** ***** I will assist

I have done a couple of these. the first I did in the truck and it was long and tough. the second, I removed it and put it on an engine stand and it was much easier to do.

yes, it comes out the front. start at the grille and work your way back to the motor. it should take you about 3 to 4 hours to remove.
