Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

There are a handful of things that could be going on depending on how the failure occurred and how the vehicle is equipped. The problem could be with the radio, speakers, wiring, and if you have an amplifier it would be a possible cause also.

What speakers don't work?

Were multiple speakers lost at exactly the same time?

Two front door and rear right door the rear left door and two dash tweeters still work. They did not go out at the same time.

Has anything been done to try to diagnose the problem?

If they stopped working at separate times then odds are the individual speakers have failed. The first thing that should be done is use a test speaker at the locations that do not work and see if it produces sound. If so then the speakers can be condemned.

If it doesn't work then the wiring can be tested. If necessary a scan tool can be used to look at radio and amp data if equipped. Odds are the speakers are the issue though if they stopped working separately.
