Chevrolet Repair Questions? Ask a Chevy Mechanic for Answers ASAP
Hello and welcome! My name isCustomerand I can assist you with your question.
Can I start by getting your VIN?
Thank you for that information. As long as the fuel pressure checks out good and the regulator is not leaking, this condition is most likley caused by bad fuel injectors. They short out internally causing this condition. Each injector should ohm between 12-12.5. Anything below 12, and it should be replaced.
Some other less likley possible causes would be a bad crankshaft position sensor, ignition module, MAP or MAF sensor.
I am glad I can help!
