Hi there, I am Cam.

Do the rear and front signals and hazards as well as rear fail to operate?
You mentioned the low beams, does that mean your high beams are out as well?

Customer: replied 7 months ago.
The front and rear blinkers and hazards do not work The high and low beams are working properly

Ok, with no fuses out that means your likely issue is the flasher module. On your vehicle it is a very common failing part.
It is located on the back side of the left dash fuse block. TO access it you need to remove the trim panel from under the dash at the drivers knees. Then the flasher module is a black box, roughly 2 times the length of a normal relay. It pulls straight out.
Replace that and you should be good.
