When you say dash lights, do you mean the lights in the cluster of all lights on the dash?

Every light on the dash, and only at night or on really dark cloudy days. Other times they work.

I have seen problems with the body control module causing this problem, I have also seen loose battery cables and grounds cause this as well.

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
Ok. I will check the battery terminal first, and then look into the BCM.
