Do you have a battery charger?
I will post the steps to do the 30 minute relearn on the security system. Please connect your battery charger so the battery does not run down as you do the relearn. I also need you to tell me if anything does not do what the directions say so I can better help you .

You said it was flashing. What was flashing?
Do you have a digital volt meter and a test light?
What I need you to do is check all the fuses in both fuse boxes and see if you have 12 volts on both sides of all the fuses please. Let me know what fuses do not have any power on them and what fuses only have power to one side of them please.
What brand volt meter do you have?
Set it to dc volts, hold the black lead to a good ground, and with the tip of the red lead, touch it to the little metal piece on the top of the fuse. see what the voltage is on each of these metal pieces. Each fuse has two of these metal pieces sticking up out of the top. Let em know if any of the fuses do not have any voltage on them or only have voltage to one of the two pieces.
I only need to know what fuses do not ave power and the fuses that only have power on one side.
I need you to test all of the fuses in both of the fuse boxes
Each and every one of the fuses
Did ant of the fuses not have power on them?
All of them
I need to know what fuses only have power to one side, and what fuses have no power on them.
That was what I was asking you to do, but needed to know if you had a power problem to the fuse box, or a bad fuse.
