2014 silverado 5.3 eng. Battery dead this morning. would barely crank over. tried jump start and believe had terminal connections wrong. Now completely dead and dash completely dark. Lights and power door locks work power windows don't. Battery shows to have 11.65 volts.

This problem is caused by blown fuses. I guarantee it! Start by checking all of the fuses under the hood and inside the vehicle. I bet you will find the problem.
