We have a 2002 Chevy Cavalier 2.2 in our shop. Customer drove vehicle in but vehicle won't start and there is no communication with the PCM. Any suggestions?

ok. check pins 4 and 5 for grounds. pin 7 should have 3.5 volts(key off) pin 16 should have battery voltage. let me know.
