dim" headlamps became intermittent (on/off), but high beams and fog lamps still worked.
JA: Have you checked the bulbs and fuses?
Customer: They are working again. So not the fuse
JA: What is the model/year of your Chevy?
Customer: 2003 Trailblazer
JA: Are you fixing your Trailblazer yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Just getting ready to take a look at it. Replaced a controller for the fan blower a couple weeks ago, fan would not shut off.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

The most common problem is the HDM relay #46 in the under hood fuse block.

It is not a normal relay.

Do you have a test light or voltage meter?
