Hello my name is***** am an ASE Master Technician and I am glad to help you out with your question.

P0452 is an evap code and will not cause a no start.

You probably have a bad fuel pump, I would check all fuses and relays to the pump. Listen for the fuel pump to buzz for a few seconds when you turn the key to the on position. This will tell you if the pump is running.

You can also check fuel pressure at the rail with a fuel pressure gauge.
