I have a 07 Suburban 1500. My front side signal light

Customer Question

I have a 07 Suburban 1500. My front side signal light doesn't work but it works in the rear, and the brake light on the same side in the read doesn't light up when I press on the brake pedal.
JA: Have you checked the brake fluid? How's the level and when was it last changed?
Customer: I have plenty of brake fluid
JA: Are you fixing your Suburban 1500 yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I have checked the fuses and they are fine. I even replaced the bulbs on each one, and still doesn't work.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: Would he/she recommend me trying to fix it myself or take it to a mechanic.

Hello my name is***** am an ASE Master Technician and I am glad to help you out with your question.

This could be connector problems. Do you have a test light to test for voltage at the connectors?

Expert:  Dan replied 6 months ago.

Do you need a wiring diagram for the brake and turn signal circuits?

Expert:  Dan replied 6 months ago.

This problem will require a few tests to diagnose, I can help you with this.

How does the connectors at the bulbs look?

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
I did have a blown fuse that operates the reverse lights.
Customer: replied 6 months ago.
They look good. None of them look burned.
Customer: replied 6 months ago.
The signal light and the brake light on the right side works fine.

This is going to need to be diagnosed with electrical testers. Sounds like you have already checked everything that you are able to without any testing.

You may need to take this is to a shop.
