Hi Im David, thanks for visiting the site. when you are sitting in the driver seat, turn the key to the on position(not start). have someone put their ear against the fuel door and listen to hear if the fuel pump runs for a few seconds.

i will be back on in about 45 minutes, let me know the outcome. thanks

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
The car doesn't make any noise in the motor when turning the key no click click or anything. The battery is clean n clear. We just took the battery cable off and waited a few mins and put it back on. It started. What could the problem be? No lights stayed on. Its like nothing ever happened

if removing the battery cable and reconnecting it worked, check the negative cable from the battery to where it bolts on to the engine block make sure it vert tight. also make sure the terminals at the battery are tight to the point of not being able to move them.
